Add training videos in the Business Registry

* As a Business Registry client
* I want the ability to locate informational videos while using the app
* so that I can learn how to use the app

**Acceptance Criteria**

**Scenario 1: Client opens "Help Page"**
* GIVEN I am in the Business Registry
* WHEN I open the "Help" page
* THEN I am presented with all training videos in one window.
