Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the staff wants to file a correction for the second time for the same Co-Op then the File Correction button is disabled thereby preventing filing the Correction for the second time.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/business/BC0879815'
2. Login with the IDIR
3. File the correction
4. See an error
