As a user
I want to incorporate a Credit Union
So that I can conduct business in BC

## Background

Because there are so few credit union incorporations, we are not going to build a UI for incorporations. We will still need:
- [ ] Schema updates to include officer fields
- [ ] Jupyter notebook to make the filing
- [ ] Certificate output (maybe)
- [ ] Email output (maybe)

#### Differences from Benefit Companies
**Step 1**
* Can only have a named company (use NR)
* Need all all addresses, plus BUSINESS office mailing & delivery
* No translation of name
