Alterations UI - Update/add validations for Change of Name and Change of Business Type + New Message Box

**Updates to existing components:**

- [ ] Add a new yellow "Important Message" box to the Change of Business Type component (see comps)
- [ ] Update component level validations and activate "Done" buttons for Change of Name (read dev notes in comps)
- [ ] Update component level validations and activate "Done" buttons for Change or Business Types (read dev notes in comps)
- [ ] Confirm we are using the current validation checks for Change of Name Name Request email/phone/NR fields (I noticed it is serving an error when I type the NR number without a space, but we should except the number with and without a space after "NR") screenshot in comments below

Both the Company Name component and the Business Type component validations (for all shared instances) need to have updated component validation using the blue "Done" buttons to show error validations.
