Description
Staff wants to let people know when they might receive their refunds for a cancelled name request.
Update the copy above the buttons and move buttons down accordingly.
New text:
The refund will be applied to your original payment method and the requested name will not be examined for use. Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days. An email confirming the cancellation and refund of this Name Request will be sent to [**applicant_email@email.com**].
