Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When a user starts the Name Request and at the Applicant submission page if the blanks or UI exceed the number of characters then after clicking on the Review and Submit button then the API throws an error unable to complete the filling.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/namerequest
2. Complete the NR
3. Enter The Applicant details by exceeding the number of characters
4. See an error
