Description
## Description: In the Payment methods tab for a Basic User the Online Banking text box states "Receipt of an online banking payment generally takes 3-4 days from when you make the payment with your financial institution." Other spots in the app, example the payment screen for online banking, reference 2-5 days.
Expected: Update the text from 3-4 days to 2-5 days.
