As a staff member when I review an assumed name it auto sets assumed if I reject the first name

Given a staff member is reviewing an assumed name for the following entities.........
When staff rejects the first name
Then the type is set to assumed automatically

Given a staff member is reviewing an assumed name for the following entities.........
When staff approves the first name
Then the type is set still expro reg

Given a staff member has approved or rejected the first name
When the staff member resets the NR
Then the type should change back to the initial type
