Description
**Describe the bug in current situation**
When the staff while making a correction completely deletes an IA,then the corrected IA output shows No shares but the NOA still shows the pre-existing shares.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to '.https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/BC1230030'
2. Login as staff
3. Click on View documents
4. See an error
