### Configure CPU requests and limits
## Description:

The DXC devops team has noted that throughout the cluster there are a lot of pods requesting much more CPU than they need. To be a better cluster user, we should look at our CPU usage for all the pods and adjust our requests and limits as needed. We should be periodically reviewing the CPU (and memory) usage to make sure that we are taking up too much CPU, nor degrading performance by not having enough CPU.
