Create UI: if I change my office addresses, the summary page sometimes shows the old ones

**Describe the bug in current situation**
1. I resumed an IA in which I had already entered an office address.
2. I updated the office addresses.
3. I navigated to the Review and Confirm page.
4. **The previous addresses were displayed (not the new ones).**

(After saving my IA and resuming it again,the R&C page showed the new addresses.)
