Description
Dates stored in Oracle are stored at midnight in UTC or Pacific....Conversion back to Lear is off by a day(7 hrs)
Figure out where the conversion problem is and fix that. - work being done under ~#7338~ **verified and closed**
Build a data fix script to fix the dates of the current ones in LEAR
*First step - Check to see if there's an issue that warrants reaching out to the home team to update Oracle settings*
