Description
**Describe the bug in current situation**
When the staff files correction with the Name Change then after clicking the file and pay the error dialogue shown up saying Unable to save the Application.
**Impact of this bug**
Staff filing the correction with the name change
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://business-create-dev.pathfinder.gov.bc.ca/businesses/edit/BC1218886'
2. COmplete the Correction with Name Change
3. Click on File and Pay
4. See error
