Description
**Describe the bug in current situation**
When a user Files an IA and completes the payment then it's redirected to the page where the error dialogue shows up, then clicking on Exit pushes to the Manage business dashboard completing the filing.

All user filing the IA

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/auth'
2. Complete an IA
3. Complete the payment
4. See error
