Added tag does not appear if correction is made for Names Translation

**Describe the bug in current situation**
When both Correction and a New Names Translation is made at the same time then the 'Corrected' tag seems to appear but the Added tag does not.

**Impact of this bug**
When staff both Adds and Corrects the Names Translation Field

**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://business-create-dev.pathfinder.gov.bc.ca/businesses/edit/BC1218851/correction?correction-id=110721'
2. Click on 'Names Translation'
3. Make both Name Translation and Correction
4. See error
