Description
**Describe the bug in current situation**
When the staff clicks on Names Translation and start editing them then the UI shows the Names Translation component as a duplicate and not editable.

1. Go to 'https://business-create-dev.pathfinder.gov.bc.ca/businesses/edit/BC1218851/correction?correction-id=110721'
2. Click on Names Translation
3. See error
