Description
**Describe the bug in current situation**
When staff makes a correction filing and Add a new person or Incorporator, then if the file and pay fail the state of the application is in Resume state. Clicking on Resume shows the changes marked as Correction but the , Added tag does not show up and loads as an editable field or as a part of Incorporated Application.

When the payment fails while filing a correction.
**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://business-create-dev.pathfinder.gov.bc.ca/businesses/edit/BC1218851/correction?correction-id=110700'
2.Make a correction filing and Add a person
3. Make sure the payment fails
4. Click on Resume
5.See error
