Description

The auto-approval process/name search may take a relatively long time. Options to improve this wait time experience for users should be explored.

Options

- Display a "Send to Examination" button while the name is being analysed. This would stop the search and launch the name submission steps - same as other Send to Examination options.

- enter email/phone number for notification/text (explain causes of waits - long name, other) (could keep email and phone and default this into name request applicant fields)
- let them fill out their name request applicant information (use email and phone for notification of results)

- tips for other business/registries tasks - get a GST number, how to create an account, how to incorporate/register, etc.
- legal obligations for businesses
- tips for starting a business
- tips for name request - how to build a name, names to avoid

- top names
- registries stats
- other real-time name approvals
- registries trivia / game

- minimize/floating app window so they can do something else
- system tray notification

Research direction

Issue #5132 lists several possible ways to improve the name-search waiting experience, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. First review the proposed options and narrow them to a defined user flow; done should mean an agreed, implementable UI design with clear behavior for the wait and notification experience.
