Update Wording in OTP Reset Modal

## Update wording for one time passcode reset modal:

Account administrators or coordinators can reset team members OTP. Log on, choose team member tab, and click reset authenticator icon beside a team members name. The dialogue box currently reads.


Update wording to: When you reset this authenticator, the team member will receive an email notification to login and setup a new authenticator.
