**Describe the bug in current situation**
When a user starts an incorporation application and completes a payment after a successful payment then the user is redirected to the page which shows an error dialogue.
**Impact of this bug**
All users filing a Numbered Company.
**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/business/'
2. Complete an Incorporation Application.
3. Click File and Pay
4. See error
