Share components between projects

## Description
This epic is to track the work needed to:
1. refactor some components to be shareable (those that can be)
2. move these components to the new shared components library
3. import and use these components in the projects that use them

We will create a new story when we encounter a component that requires updating. Then it will be groomed with the team, and prioritized by the PO.
