Description

* As a account admin
* I want to be able to view affidavits for active non-resident accounts
* so that I can followup on

**Acceptance Criteria**

**Scenario 1: Link to affidavit**
* GIVEN an admin for a non-resident account in logged
* WHEN the admin is on the 'Account Info' page for a non-resident account
* THEN admin will see a link(s) to all affidavits for the account admin(s)

**Scenario 2: View affidavit information**
* GIVEN an admin is on the Account info page for a non-resident account
* WHEN the admin clicks a link to an affidavit
* THEN the admin will be directed to the review page:
https://www.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/review-account/###
*AND the account menu will be on the left with links to account info, team members, etc
*AND there will be NO link to return to Staff Dashboard
*AND they should not be able to see who in staff approved it

...
