Create UI: Error validations triggers with a tab in the email address field.

**Describe the bug in current situation**
When a user enters the Email address and the start entering the Confirm Email Addresses then the error validation triggers way before the user types the complete email address saying 'EMAIL ADDRESSES SHOULD MATCH' confusing the user.

**Steps to Reproduce**

1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/home/decide-business'
2. Enter Email id
3. Click on Confirm email id
4. See error
