Store and display changes to addresses (Mailing and Delivery) separately

Currently in the Director Change output documents Mailing and Delivery both show as "New" even if only one was changed by the user.

**Describe the solution you'd like - Expected Behaviour**
We should be able to display either address as "New"

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
We considered:
Not displaying if either address is new
Displaying only one address as new (even if it was not the one changed)
