Description
## Description:
The Filings UI displays when an approved NR will expire, eg, in X days, or "expires today" if the expiry date is tomorrow.
The Create UI (add to Step 1) should display something similar (especially since it's not intuitive that NRs expire at 12:00AM).
See the Filings UI for a mixin to compute the number of days until expiry.
