Legal API: Registered office addresses does not get displayed on the dashboard once the numbered or named IA is filed

**Describe the bug in current situation**
When a Numbered Company is filed and paid,then its gets converted to a numbered company,then when a user clicks Open for that company from Manage Business Dashboard then user will not be able to see the Registered Office Addresses.

Also, the Entity Info component (ie, header) currently displays:
> Business Name = 0878498 B.C. LTD.
> Business No: Not Available
> Incorporation No: BC0878487

Is there a Business No to display, or should we remove that field from the header for a numbered business?

1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/cooperatives/BC0878498'
2. Click on 'Numbered Company'
3. Click File and pay
4. Return to Dashboard
5.See error
