## Description:

When an IA is in Paid state, its filing history item details should show:
1. Incorporation Application
2. Certificate of Incorporation (available upon filing completion)
3. Notice of Articles (available upon filing completion)
4. Receipt

Only items 1 and 4 should be enabled. Items 2 and 3 should be disabled. (The Download All Available button should only download the 2 enabled ones.)
