Description
## Description:
We want to store the NR data passed from Create UI in, so we can validate that the NR data is current, and if find if there is any discrepancies.
This will involve updating the Schema to include the NR Data
Properties Required for verification TBD
Also an update in the Validators to identify the discrepancies before filing the application.
