Create UI: Package and Save NR Data for Validation

## Description:
We want to store the NR data retrieved so we can validate the current NR data fetched with any NR data fetched and saved in the past.

Acceptance for a Task:
- [ ] Retrieve, package and save the fetched Name Request Data in the incorporation application.
- [ ] Verify, before filing ( File and Pay ), that the recent NR data fetched matches any previous NR data saved ( if it exists ).
- [ ] Update unit tests if applicable.
