Editable common name on the user profile

* As a user who goes by their common name (not their legal name)
* I want to use my common name within BC Registries
* so that other colleagues can easily recognize my transactions

**Acceptance Criteria**

**Scenario 1: Create Account**
* GIVEN that I am creating an account
* WHEN I am on the User Profile step
* THEN I am able to optionally provide a common name in addition to the legal name from by BC Services Card

**Scenario 2: Invited User with BCSC**
* GIVEN that I have been invited to a BC Registries account
* and GIVEN that my team authentication option is the BC Services Card
* WHEN I am on the User Profile step
* THEN I am able to optionally provide a common name in addition to the legal name from by BC Services Card

**Scenario 3: Invited User with Other Auth Options**
* GIVEN that I have been invited to a BC Registries account
* and GIVEN that my team authentication option is not the BC Services CArd
* WHEN I am on the User Profile step
* THEN I am able to provide my name (common or legal) as I choose
