SPIKE - Investigate work required to move Restoration Application (Full and Limited) to use the Connect Layers

The Restoration application was built in Vue. Minor iteration on the filing will be needed based upon previous feedback. It would be preferable that we update the filing to leverage the Nuxt Layers, using components that are built, prior to iterating.

Review is required to look at the components that are used in this filing, what is available in the layers, and then outline the different tickets that will be needed for this upgrade. _This can be rough, but needs to put us in a spot to discuss at refinement._

Initial design is below, although there may have been other iteration in the components that isn't captured in the fulsome design. If there are slight differences in the modern components those might be desirable so we'd leverage requirements sessions to confirm business expectations before customizing the new components to match the design below.
