The Release of Liquidation will introduce five new filings to the BC Business Registry. These filings are intended for staff use only; no public-facing materials are required.
**Deliverable**
to develop a guide, or a set of guides, that provides procedures and business context for the following filings:
- [ ] Appoint Liquidator
- [ ] Cease Liquidator
- [ ] Change of Address of Liquidator
- [ ] Intent to Liquidate
- [ ] Liquidation Report
