OCM - figure out which external user guide the View Access feature can be added to and publish

Review account creation (big) BC Registries application user guide and see if a page can be added, so that external users such as business owners can view which accounts have access to manage their business

AND review How to Affiliate accounts and see if View Access can be added in to an existing user guide
