Share structure / show Court Order component for Corrections and Alterations only

As discovered [here](https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/colin-egress-team-6904d552be2bb0000fa13ad6/issues/gh/bcgov/entity/33358) only Corrections and Alterations should display the Court Order Date section.

Oge's findings:

- Only Alteration and Correction filings, where edits are made to share structures with special rights or restrictions, trigger the requirement to enter a Resolution or Court Order Date.
- This requirement is not triggered when share structure changes involve shares without defined special rights or restrictions.
No other filings were observed to trigger this requirement.
- Special Resolutions for co-operatives require a special resolution date. This requirement falls under a separate statute.
- The findings were reviewed with Mihai to confirm completeness.
- An additional observation was identified. When a new share structure is added without special rights or restrictions, the system still requests entry of a Court Order Date, if there is an existing share structure with special rights or restrictions.

Start by tracing the filing flow and the logic that controls the Court Order Date section. Compare Corrections and Alterations with filings that change shares without special rights or restrictions, including the case where an existing restricted structure remains. Done means the section appears only for the specified Corrections and Alterations cases and no longer appears for unrelated share-structure changes.
