OCM Pay - BC Assessment pre-release communications

1-2 weeks prior to go live, pre-release tasks:

[ ] Coordinate and facilitate demo from BC Assessment for BCOL helpdesk and registries staff leads - Notify Debbie Blyth and Sinead, Megan and Wendy Flynn

[ ] Prepare modernization news update - request to OCM CMS webmaster

[ ] Prepare what's new post for go live - request to P. Wei?

[ ] remind SBC IT ops to remove BC Assessment product link from BC Online

[ ] also for SBC IT Ops - request to update the BCOL landing page

[ ] request update in BC Online messaging board 4-5 days prior and for 1 week after, if possible - ask Debbie Blyth

[ ] remind BC Assessment of their pre-implementation tasks esp updating their webpage to update all links to BC Online to the BC Registry application
