Alterations: Name change history not reflected on business summary (combined name + type change)

## Problem / Need
When a company's name and type are changed in the same transaction, the name change history is not reflected on the business summary. Users reviewing the summary cannot see that the name was changed, creating an incomplete/inaccurate record.

## Scope:

Included: Business summary display of name change history when name and type are altered in a single transaction.
Excluded: Standalone name changes (already working); standalone type changes; historical records created before the fix.

## Acceptance Criteria:

- When name and type are changed in the same transaction, the business summary displays the prior name and the name change entry in history.
- Change history matches the record produced by a name-only change transaction.
- Verified on the notice of articles / business summary output.
