Description
We have received direction to include outputs for Receivers filings similar to Liquidation filings from Elizabeth and Amber. This came though email to @oanyahuru Aug 25th and verbally during our regular entities<>design meeting.
@liz-govier noted that previous designs exist [here](https://www.figma.com/design/MxQDBwcFmcGM4aSd5cqbdl/Receiver-Filings?node-id=6064-4660) - these will need to be reviewed to see if the designs require updating to bring them in line with our current liquidation outputs.
