Query - create a spreadsheet to use for the mail out

We want to send the following email to everyone currently using Online Banking:

The OCM team is able to use GCNotify to send the emails, driven from a spreadsheet.

For this ticket, please create a spreadsheet with the admin emails and CFS account number for each BCROS account that is currently using Online Banking.

Note that some accounts have more than 1 admin. Also note that some accounts may have changed away from OB, so only include those that are currently using OB.

Start by identifying the data source for BCROS accounts, their admin emails, CFS account numbers, and current Online Banking status. Build the spreadsheet for accounts still using Online Banking, include every admin where there is more than one, and verify that accounts which moved away from Online Banking are excluded.
