Description
Basic concept:
1. query CPRD and get a list of company emails that manage more than 50 companies
2. Email a link to each of those company emails
3. Client follows link and logs in
4. UI that lets them select or reject from their list
5. Once confirmed, the affiliations are created between the logged in account and the businesses selected
