OCM - Updates to Guide for Numbered Incorporation

Numbered Incorporations will be launched in the modernized business registry. Updates are needed in the Name Request Help Guides to include new available functionality.

Note, the change for numbered names includes updates in Name Request to redirect clients to either COLIN or Modernized name requests.

Additional bugs are being tackled preventing incorporation of a named company when the incorporation is launched from the business registration dashboard. If this is noted as unavailable in the guide, additional updates may be needed.
