BAR AR Filed Before Due

In Zenhub 34267 notation was added on companies that had a BAR AR filed early _and_ had been migrated to modern. An additional task will be needed to run the notebook for other companies that are impacted, as they move to modern.

Details from #34267:

Using the BAR AR Service a number of companies were able to file their AR for a calendar year ahead of the AR being due. The business has requested updates to identify, with Registar's Notation, the cases where an AR was filed early.

**Task:** Add a Registrar's Notation (staff filing) for each impacted company. Details should state "Early AR Filed"

**Action**:

- Create a similar notebook based off this (some things need to be reworked for this case)
- Test run in dev/test using entity-notebook-service-account and have QA review before doing prod.
