Description
In the Annual Report filing (to do list) a client is first asked to check that the addresses and directors are correct. The business has flagged strong concerns with this design approach and would like an updated design.
Updated Design
- requirement: A client with a annual report that is due is not prevented from filing the annual report if the office addresses and directors are not up to date
- suggestion from business: clients can be asked to verify this data and advised they may correct it after if updates are needed

Research direction
Start by locating the Annual Report filing to-do list UI and the current confirmation step for office addresses and directors. Compare its behavior with the updated requirements: clients with due annual reports should not be blocked, and verification should be advisory. Done means the revised flow permits filing while clearly explaining that data can be corrected afterward.
