Email notification to be sent to current OB clients to advise them to update their PAYEE information on their online banking site.

This would be an email to all account admins, for all accounts that use OB today (except for any that have STRR selected).

Each email needs to quote them their actual CFS number ( wording to client is payment identifier number)
