### Requirement Statements
The digital stamp must contain the same information currently displayed on the physical registration stamp, including:
- Confirmation that the document has been filed and registered. The registration status text "FILED AND REGISTERED" displayed
- Date of filing displayed Boldly/ prominently
- The registering authority title "REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES" displayed at the bottom of the stamp.
- The stamp should retain a bordered stamp appearance and remain clearly legible when displayed electronically or printed.

### Design Considerations

- The digital stamp must replicate all information contained in the current physical stamp.
- The filing date must be dynamically generated from the registration transaction date.
- The registrar designation must remain consistent with the current stamp.
- The stamp dimensions must support placement on both legacy forms and modernized forms.
- The stamp must remain readable when rendered electronically and when printed.
- The design must accommodate varying form layouts without obscuring form content.

### Filed Stamp Rules

- Stamp the first page of each application or filing form.
- Do not stamp additional pages of the same form.
- If multiple forms are submitted, stamp the first page of each form (e.g. each Annual Report).
- Supporting documents are not stamped (e.g. statutory declarations).
- Stamping should be determined by the document type/category.
- The same Filed/Registered stamp is used across all filing types and analysts.
- The Certified stamp is separate and only used when the system does not automatically generate the required output.
