UI - ManageX components: Update action buttons

Main action buttons now uses an Icon only with no visual label.

Considerations:
- undo button
- edit/change/correct button moves into dropdown menu after a change has been made
- icon should have aria-label describing what exactly it is editing
- Is this change for corrections only or for all of the global components and individual filings?
