OCM - update any Sites information to indicate Credit card is now available as a payment method

Dependency on Env to update their Site Registry user guide
[ ] Check Site Registry user guide on BC Registries Resources webpage to see if any content needs to be updated

[ ] Send email to Pat Fortin to coordinate update of Site Registry (ESRA) user guide if needed

For Pay team:
[ ] ensure separate ticket for product tile for Site Registry to be updated to display credit card payment

[ ] check BC Registries training resources if any references to Site Registry in Payment guides or Account Setup guides, need to add credit card payment options

Decision that no email notification is needed as the new payment option will be displayed for Account Admins under their account payment profile page in the application.
