Description
Help desks, staff and registries clients would benefit from a user guide that highlights how to update annual report settings. A short guide is requested.
Key Points
- new companies in modern default to receiving AR reminders and must manually turn their reminders off if desired
- when migrating companies from COLIN we retain the AR reminder setting from COLIN to reduce effort for clients
- ar reminder status is set under the 'More Actions' dropdown
