Filer - Consume Colin businesses

- leveraging what we have available in the filer (we may have data cleanup so do not want to duplicate this)
- pull data from COLIN which will be applied to the new business (provided it adopts parts from the ting)

@Mihai-QuickSilverDev to add sets of data that could be pulled from COLIN Ting into resulting Ted (new company)

**EDIT**
- amalgamation filing flow has been changed so that all relevant data needed is provided and validated during filing submission
- no data pulling will happen during the filing process, it will use what it needs from the filing json
