BA - Organize Entities Sharepoint

Entities Google Documents have moved to Sharepoint. Organization is required to locate Entities documents, create folders and needed and logically organize those.

If documents are deemed no longer accurate / valuable review with the team should take place before they are deleted.

Start by inventorying the Entities Google Documents and the corresponding SharePoint location. Define a logical folder structure with the team, organize the documents, and ensure any potentially inaccurate or low-value documents are reviewed with the team before deletion.
