UI Design - Recommendation for BN display on outputs

**Issue:** Currently BN's are inconsistently displayed on BC Registries outputs. Analysis was completed in the ticket linked below showing we display BN on Firm filing outputs in the tombstone. We do not include BN in BC Company outputs. We do not issue BN's for Co-ops.

Question has arisen on how to handle firm cases where a BN isn't assigned immediately. Concerns have been raised with updating the document to include BN later given we are changing an output. From a client perspective, when a BN is missing at the time of business creation calls will come in to ask this is added later.

Various approaches could be taken to achieve consistency and/or tackle the scenario where a document has changed. Design input into proposed solutions is requested.

Note: Some BN documents are emailed and can likely be obtained through devs who recently located those as part of the Notifications emails spike (#33712).
